We have created this family as a complement to 1906 French News since the two types family where comonly in use in the same publications, as well for Newspapers as popular books, calendars and almanacs or posters.
The present font, like his name suggests, was mainly used for titlings and subtitles. Small caps, included in the single file of TTF and OTF versions, are added as a separate file in the MacTT version.
