MyFonts’ review: Mark Simonson makes slick, usable display fonts. He explains he’s especially fond of 20th century vernacular styles. We are very much drawn to his sexy retro script Coquette, the highly original sans Sharktooth, and the sans pair Proxima (clean) and Metallophile SP8 (degraded). The Felt Tip series of casual scripts is proving very popular indeed. However we are truly in love with his striking Mostra. Drawing strongly on Italian art deco of the 1930s, it boasts 5 weights with many alternate characters. Try it on one poster and you‘ll find it hard to stop yourself using it on your next twenty!
