Font called Garbo ...

My old sheet of “transfer letters” says:
"exclusive typeface designed by Cary Cooke and
selected in the Mecanorma new types contest"
and “made in Holland by Mecanorma.”

Have not seen a digital version. Might be “out there” with a different name.

Sorval:

Dan X. Solo digitized the typeface for Dover Publications and called it “Greta”. It comes with the CD-ROM and book “24 Moderne Display Fonts”.
