Unknown Font

I know, it’s a crude scan of their business card, but it’s all I've got. Does anyone know what it is? The R and Y appear to be the easiest to use for identification.

They thought it was Engravers, but it doesn't match any Engraver font that I know of.

Thanks for your help

Font identified as Belwe Medium.
Extended manually, the ‘Y’ modified.
