This font is HTF Didot designed by Jonathan Hoefler of Hoefler Frere-Jones, like several of his typefaces, they were designed for magazine publications, but anyone can buy them.

FYI: The E is slightly different.
ITS NOT HTF DIDOT, the small caps letters a and p and b and c are oval not round and balanced.
its NOT any of the bodoni neither.
