Beauty and the Beast

I'm being asked to recreate this type -- any ideas?

Weiss Initials 2 and Matthew Carter’s Sophia are SOMEWHAT in this style, but just in general feel -- also Felix Titling and Bauer Text Initials -- also Serlio and Classic Roman Regular -- not much help but familial ties -- all too thin

Please let me know why you would re-activate this thread and with no information to give. You write the font is “Beauty and the Beast” yet the link you offer for me to see the font - doesn’t lead to a font.
