1.	Neptune from Fontbank (digitalization)
	Identified by schwalbenkoenig [file dispute]

2.	ITC Neon (nondigital)
	Identified by schwalbenkoenig [file dispute]

This font is called ITC Neon yet i can't find it anywhere to get a PC version. what is the situation

ITC Neon is probably designed by Ronne Bonder. Maybe that’s a starting point.
