Buffet Script?I was told that this typeface was Buffet Script but have compared it to a sample on veer.com and, though similar, it is not the same. Can anyone tell me what it is? It is Buffet Script (Sudtipos), what´s happening is that many of the characters used in your sample are “alternates”. I recommend you to sign in at Veer (it´s free) go to the Buffet display and click in the character tab. You´ll see. Hi, wintersong! Buffet Script is Open Type, and like many Open Type fonts, has many alternates that allow the designer to create a unique script that mimics real handwriting. Here is a link to the pdf Guide to using Buffet Script. There are Basic Characters, Stylistic Alternates and Contextural Alternates. The two-story ‘a’, the ‘h’ are in Contextural Alternates. Doh! Mrodi, we have to stop meeting like this! Thanks, guys! That clears up my confusion! Case marked solved. Font identified as Alejandro Paul Script. Alejandro Paul Script COllectio?? Post a Reply
