I am a Mandaic teacher since 2020 and I have made my own Mandaic fonts and I publish them in public to be more useful for others such as Mandaean and non-Mandaean, and the reason behind this is the Mandaean language is currently on the verge of extinction, as the total of those who speak it is about 100 people in the world, 40% of them are clergy and only 10 of them are in Iraq and the rest are in Khuzestan province in Iran. But according to another source, about 500 people who were able to speak Mandaic in 2001, most of them are bilingual, speaking either Persian (the Western dialect) or Arabic (the Iraqi or Ahwazi dialect). Also, a large percentage of them are elderly.
