We produce the fonts of "The Southern Literary Messenger" (ed. Edgar Allan Poe,) "Household Words" (ed. Charles Dickens,) "R H Horne- Orion", and the "1982 Blade Runner screen play". Edgar Allan Poe published many of his great works in the Southern Literary Messenger (c. 1834 - 1864) and was, for a time, the Editor. Household Words (c. 1850 - 1859) was created and edited by Charles Dickens. "Hard Times," was first serialised in the journal. Dickens was a friend of R H Horne and they coauthored some pieces together. "Orion" is a prose poem by R H Horne, published in 1843. It was sold for one farthing, and became a best seller.Edgar Allan Poe, in his review of "Orion," says of R H Horne ;"for a man of high, of the highest genius, he unquestionably is"(Graham's Magazine, March 1844, pp. 136-141 ) The original 1982 Blade Runner screen play (by Hampton Fancher & David Peoples) typeface was produced by a now defunct, obsolete (and unknown) electronic or non-electronic typewriter circa 1980s.
