Art&Sign Fonts

Art&Sign Studio was founded by Steve Contreras in 1984 as a small company offering hand letteringand custom built signs. As the computer aided vinyl cutting machines revolutionized the sign industry,Steve realized he could no longer produce the same unique designs with the limited selection offonts available to the computer. In 1999 he began learning to create true type fonts more in linewith the styles familiar to him as a hand lettering artist. In 2001 Art&Sign Studio launched Signfonts.comdistributing these fonts to other sign professionals as Art&Sign Fonts. Since that time many other typestyles have been added to the collection. Art&Sign Fonts are now being used by sign makers andgraphics designers around the world.
