Doppel13

Doppel13 stands for two times one M (the 13th letter in the alphabet), which is derived from my initials. Creating something new by growing an idea from small pieces until it reaches perfection in a creative and useful way describes my working process. Creating typefaces is a way of living out my passion, finding creative ways and ideas and bringing them to life. My first self-designed typeface was used to describe the location and date of posters I wanted to hang on the walls at home. From there, my passion grew and eventually led me into the Monotype community.
