Kathy Warinner
As managing partner in Aufuldish & Warinner, Kathy has designed and produced projects for a wide variety of clients, including: packaging systems for The Nature Company and Smith & Hawken, advertising campaigns for Franklin Funds, corporate identity for The Printed Voice, Conari Press, and others, and over 50 books and jacket designs for Chronicle Books, Harper Collins, Random House, New World Library, and others. In addition, her illustrations have appeared on the cover of over 20 books. She has illustrated projects for editorial, publishing, and electronic clients, including illustrations for Chronicle Books' web site. Viscosity, a typeface designed collaboratively with her partner, Bob Aufuldish, was released by fontBoy in 1996. Kathy has a BFA in Painting from Illinois Wesleyan University and an MA in Graphic Design from Kent State University, Ohio.
