Kirill demonstrated his interest in type creating while studying at Moscow State University 
of Printing Arts. His very early projects gained recognition right away, followed by awards at competitions: 
Modern Cyrillic '99 and Modern Cyrillic '05. In 2009 he continued his studies by taking Type and Typography class at British Higher School of Art & Design under curation of Ilya Ruderman. Presently, Kirill works as a graphic designer at Leo Bernett, Moscow.
