Type & Roll

We’re a collective of independent type designers and typographers. We design custom and retail typefaces. In our work, we find relish in experiment, while being rooted in tradition. We also employ ourselves in the field of visual communication and editorial design. Besides commercial design work, we’re academics and researchers, giving lectures and workshops. We consult and take commissions from both individual clients and organizations. A concern for visual communication is our priority. We believe that type unites.
