UbedaType

My name is Carmen Úbeda. I was born in Spain in 1992 and I live in Madrid. I have a degree in fine arts and I am graphic designer. I am passionate about the editorial design and illustration. I have operated in a variety of roles in the professional design field: graphic design for different brands, event creation and design, layout of publications such as pamphlet, booklet, flyers, children´s stories. I currently work as a creative in a newspaper. I also illustrate publications and in my spare time, I draw and paint. I have participated in different artistic exhibitions and competitions. I´ve never worked for a type foundry. Womentype is my first typography design. It´s made up of twenty six fonts. A contemporary creative type based on the female figure.
