Rysse™A font family tree displays different foundries’ versions, or a foundry’s different cuts, of basically the same typeface design.
RysseSome words from Aah Yes: Rysse is a primitive art-house grunge font, completely legible but quite unsophisticated. Unashamedly. The typeface comes in two main styles: one a standard hi-case lo-case version & the other an all caps version. There’s also three versions which give an apparently random lighter/bolder printout when decreased uniformity is the order of the day. However the font has support for accented characters in both Western European and Central European languages, and various extra Open Type features, which is getting close to sophistication. Hold it there. The zip package contains both the TTF and OTF versions of the font. Install only one version on the same machine, because installing both versions may produce all sorts of erratic behavior. |
