Lucida Typewriter

Some words from Adobe:

Designed in 1985 by Kris Holmes and Charles Bigelow, Lucida Typewriter Roman was one of the first original digital typewriter designs.

It has many of the characteristics of Lucida Bright, with subtle stroke width changes and a high legibility factor.

Use Lucida Typewriter Roman for correspondence and other business materials where a stylish, monospaced typeface is required.
