Hadassah typeface was named after the Hadassah Apprentice School of Printing, located in Jerusalem.
Bitstream developed this version for the Microsoft Windows operating system. The font is encoded with a Microsoft defined Hebrew character set, Hebrew Code Page 1255. Within the TrueType fonts, the characters are assigned Unicode character IDs. The font includes Hebrew characters, and Latin glyphs from Century 751 semi bold.
