Coldstyle is inspired by Old Style 1 from the 1935 Linotype catalog.

It is a text font gently aged to capture the feel of old metal type, and includes “fi” and “fl” ligatures for old-fashioned typesetting. The Small Caps weight has standard fractions in place of numerals.

This font was used in the opening titles and closing credits of the Miramax film “Cold Mountain”
