First seen on MyFonts: December 22nd, 2009 Ultimos RitosThe Ultimos Ritos typography born like an experiment of a hybridization between the forms of the Cyrillic and Roman characters. The typographic experiment come from a side effect of the design of the title name of the experimental book Last Rites, which takes its name. Both the book and typography were make in parallel, but separate way, even though both projects are made for the enjoyment of creating guided by the visual and emotional obsessions of the designer-author of both pieces. The typeface in question is motivated to give birth for the instinctive love of his genitor for the design, typefaces and their attraction to the cultural conditions of the Russian lands.
