First seen on MyFonts: January 1st, 2000 HamiltonHamilton is a spirited trio of designs, each fitting as many characters per line as weight will permit. Original designs were patented in 1887 by William Hamilton Page, a self-taught genius who came to dominate wood type manufacture in the U.S.. Nos. 508, 510, and 513 are each lighter and narrower than the last. Thomas Rickner followed No. 508 for Bold, adapting Medium and Light. A series for display and short measure text Among other uses, Hamilton is recommended for Magazine, Book and Corporate use. Related Links
