Talon

Talon is a display design from the hand of Richard Lipton.

The seed of the idea was a handful of characters drawn by the Los Angeles graphic designer Margo Chase. From this scattering of capitals, Lipton organized and designed a complete display typeface, capital and lowercase, figures and punctuation, expanding and capturing the West Coast originality and Far Eastern flavor that characterize the work of Margo Chase.
