The Pixel_8 font-family is specially designed for use with Flash so that it doesn't blur or fill. In contrast to most other pixelfonts Pixel_8 also works well in dynamic and input text fields.

For Mac Flash MX Users:
If you plan to use the Pixel_8 family in Flash MX we strongly recommend using the Pixel_8 TrueType format, because of a Mac Flash MX Font-Encoding-Bug with Type 1 Fonts. We reported this bug to Macromedia and hope they will fix it with the next Flash update. In Flash 5 all works well. The Pixel_8 TrueType font works well with Flash MX.
