Design Credits
First seen on MyFonts: March 17th, 2003 ScriptekBritish designer David Quay was inspired by the work of the Russian Constructivists and, more recently, by Neville Brody’s influence on display typography when he created Scriptek. This strong, geometric slab serif typeface with its angled element in the lowercase allows for even broader application potential than many others in this category. The strong italic version may be used alone or in combination with the upright Letraset Scriptek. Although the design was influenced by the Soviet Constructivist movement, the lowercase letterforms have a warmer feeling and have been designed more along the lines of traditional italics. An excellent solution where a contemporary look is desired. Not quite what you’re looking for? Try looking at more fonts like this. |
