Victorian

Some words from Letraset:

Late 19th century display letterforms inspired English type designer Freda Sack to create this ornate late 19th century style typeface. Victorian superbly reflects the essence of this lavish period of design history.

The inline shaded version of Victorian perfectly reflects the ornate letterforms used in advertising at the turn of the century. It is based on a form of lettering that was etched into glass and often used for advertising purposes or to impart information. Fine old examples of this work may still be seen today, particularly in traditional English pubs. Created in the Letraset Type Studio.
