About this font family
Originally released as Mac Shareware in 1993, the Poptics family of fonts proved popular enough that Windows shareware versions soon followed. The early versions each contained 52 picture characters and an extremely limited set of alphanumeric and punctuation characters.
Poptics Delux, the new Open Type version (no longer shareware), has a complete character set (although still all caps), improved spacing, a bit of general cleaning up, and something extra for Open Type aware applications. More…
