First seen on MyFonts: September 14th, 2000 ITC KabelThe first cuts of Kabel appeared in 1927 with the foundry Gebr. Klingspor and like many of the fonts which Rudolf Koch designed for printing, Kabel is a carefully constructed and drawn typeface. Its basic forms were influenced by the Roman Capitalis, which also consisted of just a few, clear geometric forms, circle, square and triangle, but Koch also let Kabel display some elements of Art Deco. ITC Kabel, in America well-known as Cable, is significantly different in form and proportion from Koch’s original. Not quite what you’re looking for?
