A font family tree displays different foundries’ versions, or a foundry’s different cuts, of basically the same typeface design.

Some words from MADType:
A family friend who was an avid book collector had a book from the mid 1600’s. The text typeface was unique and I wanted to create a font that would emulate the printing feel of the 17th century. I did my best to keep the original ink blotting in the letters to keep the authentic feel.
