First seen on MyFonts: November 30th, 2009 GlovisGlovis is a ‘typewriter’ font — meaning monospaced (all characters use the same width) — and is also italic. But the italic style was originally created to take less space than roman: its letters are slightly bent and a bit narrowed. So a typeface monospaced and italic is quite paradoxical!
