Decolletage

Decolletage is a fashionably late Art Deco typeface with a wealth of OpenType features.

It features both uppercase and lowercase alphabets. Use the uppercase alone for titling, logos and display work, or with the lowercase for an elegant body text with large initials.

In OpenType-capable applications, the list of features available is impressive. Uppercase characters with crossbars extend their arms to meet each other, tails change shape to wrap around curvier neighbors, and there are ligature replacements on certain letter pairs. In the lower case there are a few discretionary ligatures for double letters gg, zz, tt and oo, as well as standard ff ligature. Class based kerning keeps all the letters in harmony. Last but not least there’s a host of Art Deco ornaments, including corners and frames.

Decolletage wants to be emboss printed in gold ink on high quality paper, perfect for stylish wedding invitations and restaurant menus, or you could run off a few dinner party invites on an inkjet printer. Either way, this typeface will add a touch of class and refined elegance to any page it graces.
