First seen on MyFonts: May 17th, 2005 MeposaAfter the Graphic Art Conflict of 2525, the dust and toner settled. The survivors were discovered the only print resource left was a majestic grove of rubber trees growing from the heap of destroyed 22nd century print technology. Designers reminisced about the days when printing was a simple as feeding a piece of paper to a printerbot but times had changed. Rubber stamps enjoyed a renaissance becoming the print tool of choice for eye-catching headlines. Artful use of the irregular texture of the stamp became the hallmark of the individual imparted through the subtle pressure of the stamper’s hand. It became an art unto itself and the Scrapbookers guild was formed to teach the intricacies of the mystical rubber stamp. Meposa is a rugged, mixed-case display font. It features open apertures departing from its classic wood-block roots. A mutated mélange of 70s custom van culture, historical wood type, retro-tech blended with modern design elements resulted in Meposa. Bold is better. Put your stamp on the future with Meposa.
