First seen on MyFonts: November 16th, 2006 FeteScript design can be pretty complex, but at the same time it has some unique opportunities that are simply not an option in regular serif and sans serif fonts. The challenge for me was to see if there was a common design element that can be applied across all capitals to create a uniform appearance. I believe this is accomplished in Fete. If you line up all the capitals, you will see what I mean. Fete Regular presents itself as a distinctive script with an unusual luxurious flare. Fete Super was deliberately designed to further express exuberance. The name comes from the French "fête" which means “festival”. I think of Fete Super as a font that sparkles with the freedom and fascination of a wonderful festival of fireworks in celebration of something noble like Bastille Day.
