Adam Ladd

With an emphasis on typefaces designed to be not only useful but also unique, Adam Ladd crafts fonts with diverse appeal that range across modern and vintage aesthetics and sans serif, serif, and script styles. His experience as an art director at two of the most revered design publications — HOW and PRINT magazines —informs his work as a type designer. His typeface designs have been licensed by individuals and large companies in many industries, including Disney, Whole Foods, Blizzard Entertainment, and Penguin Random House. Ladd has done custom type design work for some of the world’s largest companies and storied brands, including a customized version of Cheddar Gothic for Harley-Davidson, Zuume for ESPN, and Config Condensed for TF1, the largest French television network.
