MyFonts’ review: Burghal fonts are “fonts for the complacent middle class” according to their creator, Kate Peters from Burbank, California. As well as a type designer she describes herself as a former punk rock photographer, model, photo assistant and Jesus of the Week, which perhaps goes some way to explaining why peace symbols (Peace), skulls (Crania), rifle cross-hairs (Crosshair), thorns (Prick) and swirly spirals (BabyDoll) all come from the same hand. Warning: Beware of BabyDoll’s extreme cuteness... and don't hurt yourself on Prick!
