YouWorkForThem was founded in 2001 by Michael Paul Young and Michael Cina. Young assumed sole directorial duties of YWFT in late 2009, with Cina leaving to pursue other projects. Since that time Young has focused on making YWFT the best resource in the world for usable, affordable design resources.
