Biography
YouWorkForThem is one of the best brands in the world. And the best brands in the world know it. That’s why brands like Apple, Wieden + Kennedy, EMI, Victoria’s Secret, Nike, Diesel, Burton Snowboards, ABC News, Gap, BMW, Epitaph Records, Armani Exchange, Wired Magazine, Cartoon Network, Sony Music, Coca-Cola, Puma, Samsung, Harvard University, Element Skateboards, American Airlines, Warner Brothers and the band U2 come to us for their design needs.
YouWorkForThem was founded in 2001 by Michael Paul Young and Michael Cina. Young assumed sole directorial duties of YWFT in late 2009, with Cina leaving to pursue other projects. Since that time Young has focused on making YWFT the best resource in the world for usable, affordable design resources.
YouWorkForThem understands that a great brand needs investment and care in order to retain its greatness. For us, that means investing and caring about design and designers. We live and love and breathe design, and we will continue to offer only the best resources available anywhere.
