I'm simply someone who dares to live my dream to be a full-time type designer. I also love to draw and I have great fascination for font designs.
Even though I wanted to enroll to an art school after graduating from high school, I was told to go to a nursing school instead. In 1999, I received an Associates Degree in Nursing, but I only worked for a few months. In 2000, I have finally decided that nursing is not for me & so, I took art classes at Skyline College. It was the first time I looked forward to going to school, especially when I saw my drawings posted in the display case in the Arts building.
In 2007, I started creating “Kerp” (preK spelled backwards) for my 2 young clients to make learning the alphabet fun. I enjoyed every minute of it and I can't wait to create more type designs in the future.
