Ricardo Santos is a Graphic and Type Designer who graduated from IADE (Instituto de Artes Visuais, Design e Marketing), in Lisbon. He received his Master’s in Advanced Typography at the Escola Eina (Autonomous University of Barcelona).

Since 1997, he has designed his own typefaces through his personal website and type foundry, Vanarchiv.

He now works as a freelance type designer and teaches typography at ESAD.CR (Caldas da Rainha).

Ricardo is a co-founder of Tiponautas.
