Yü Bing-nan

Yü Bing-nan studied at Luxun Academy of Fine Arts (Yan'an), the Hochschule für Graphik und Buchkunst (Leipzig); taught at the Academy of Arts and Design at Tsinghua University (Beijing) and in 1985-90 was superintendent of the book arts programme there.

In 1989 he received the Gutenberg Prize from the city of Leipzig.
