Gayaneh Bagdasaryan was born in 1973. In 1992 she graduated from Ryazan Art School. Gayaneh Bagdasaryan worked as a painting instructor in 1993, and as a staff designer at an advertising and publishing company Mart in Ryazan; she specialised in logotype design, corporate identity, promotional literature, etc. In 1995 Gayaneh Bagdasaryan was admitted to the Print Design Department of the Moscow State University of Printing (formerly known as Moscow Printing Institute). She studies photography, type, and graphic design. She also works for ParaType.
