Fernand Baudin of Belgium

Died: Belgium, 2005
Belgian graphic designer and teacher of matters typographic. His book, La Typographie au Tableau Noir, translated as How Typography Works (and why it is important), is highly recommended to the student of the subject. It is noteworthy that Baudin spurns typography itself for his book; it is written out by hand.
