Neil Summerour of United States of AmericaBorn: Azores, Terciera, Portugal, 1972 Designer and typographer Neil Summerour began developing typefaces in 1996 with the 1996 Olympic Brick Paver Project proprietary typeface. He is the co-principal and senior designer of Athens-based interactive design and advertising agency Genetic:ICG. In 2001, Neil published his first two type designs with [T-26] Digital Type Foundry in Chicago, IL. Since then, he has released 11 font families including Japanese Hiragana and Katakana fonts. In 2002 he founded Positype.
