Bradbury Thompson of USA
Born: Topeka, Kansas, 1911
Died: 1995
Major American graphic designer. He brought much of his work together in his book The Art of Graphic Design (Yale University Press, 1988).
In 1986 he was awarded the TDC Medal, the award from the Type Directors Club presented to those “who have made significant contributions to the life, art, and craft of typography”.
