By using or installing this software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1: License Grant
Number of Users: In consideration for the license fee paid, Typadelic grants to you only, the Licensee, the non-exclusive, nontransferable right to use and display the Typadelic product purchased through this service. If you are using this product for your work, this agreement applies to your employer. Typadelic software may be used on one CPU at your site connected to any number of printers.
Third Parties: You may send a copy of any font for which you hold a license along with your documents to a commercial printer or other service bureau to enable the editing or printing of your document, provided that such party agrees to erase those fonts from their storage media and accepts liability for any misuse or appropriation of the font.
Distribution: Under no circumstances is this typeface to be distributed in any way, shape or form without prior written consent from Typadelic.
Modifications: You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Typadelic product without prior written consent from Typadelic.
Backups: You may make one (1) copy of this Typadelic product solely for backup purposes provided the copyright and trademark notices are reproduced in their entirety on the backup copy.
Rights Reservation: All contents of this package are Copyright 2002 by Typadelic - Ronna Penner. Typadelic - Ronna Penner reserves all rights not specifically granted to Licensee.
2: Copyright
This Typadelic product and the accompanying materials are copyrighted and contain proprietary information and trade secrets of Typadelic. Unauthorized copying of the product even if modified, merged, or included with other software, or of the written materials, is expressly forbidden. You may be held legally responsible for any infringement of Typadelic intellectual property rights that is caused or encouraged by your failure to abide by the terms of this Agreement.
3: Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. This Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Typadelic if you fail to comply with any provision contained herein. Upon termination, you must destroy the written materials, the Typadelic product, and all copies of them, in part and in whole, including modified copies, if any.
4: Upgrades
Typadelic periodically updates products. As a licensed user you are entitled to upgrades at a discounted upgrade price. Under no circumstances and under no legal theory, tort, contract, or otherwise, shall Typadelic or its suppliers or resellers be liable to you or any other person for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages or losses.
This Agreement represents the complete agreement concerning this license between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and representations between them. It may be amended only by a writing executed by both parties. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Canada and The United States of America.
