(none)It is the same font as in this thread, garumar. I’m still looking, it is a nice brush font.
janwayne thank you very much, if you please find the source on the urgent need please tell me
forum please someone help me very urgent need to identify this source to finish some work, I have reviewed thousands of sources and can not find someone to help me
thank
It is indeed a font, a nice brush script...but not one with which I’m familiar. What is your source for this image and the one from your other post? Just trying to think of things that might help me and the other WTF gurus find this font.
thanks for your response, I am Spanish and I speak very good English, to see if anyone in WTF, can help to find this source.

@MOD
If you feel the need to remove the link then ask yourself ‘why should I want to remove the name?’.
I would love to know the name of this font as well, and I keep a “clone” file. If I knew the “similar” name, I might be able to find the original.
It was me who deleted the link. Sorry, if so I hurt someone’s feelings. Didn’t want to do that.
The name was “Guide Script” and was said it is similar. The link was not to any particular font, but simply to the homepage of one of these sites which proudly starts with a preposition to download “Abbeyline” font for free (I just don’t know why Abbeyline looks exactly like Amazone???). The funniest thing of all that there was no Guide Script at this page at all.
So go and search. Good luck! Sorry, Kat, for being such a big problem to you.
Similar font identified: guia script v2.03 [link removed by moderator: the same problem]
The same big problem.
@Garumar: Why are you posting such links leading to nowhere? Maybe this font is Guia Script (last time it was Guide Script, you said), but there’s no any Guia Script in the page you’re linking to.
Luc Devroye tells us Alessandro Segalini made a font by the name of Guia, Guia Script Greek, a custom font. No further reference ...

Edit: Just saw that Alessandro is active on typophile.com and just a week ago wrote about himself: http://typophile.com/node/19604. You can find his email on his website http://www.as8.it/
Just to make sure: Gincis has done no wrong here as a moderator.
Being on a commercial font forum, links to other sites where commercial fonts were offered for free, are a no-no. They have to be deleted. The same with names of clones. Because Google can easily find them.
And as Luc Devroye says, Guia Script is a custom font by Alessandro Segalini I too think the sample is this custom font. Although it looks darn familiar …
So Guia Script it is. And now we also know it is a custom font for Gelati Carte D’Or (Unilever).
@Swallow, the name was posted as similar, in search of the real thing. So not as a copy/clone/rip-off etc of the font in question. Thus there was no need to delete the name of the suggested similar one.
Ginta could just have deleted the < a > tags and leave the name :)
garumar is not a fontaholic like us. Is new here, doesn’t know the rules of the game here nor that this is a site for commercial fonts, nor the rules of posting - nor about shouting so if he/she wants to show something he/she simply links.
If I, however, were to link to Pakistan or Brazil that would be a different case.
Maybe the FAQ should be a real sticky post and not hidden in some text that nobody - nah hardly anyone - reads.
For the rest, all is well in soaking Spain ... why does everyone want a swimming pool one wonders.
@Ginta, why does Abbeyline look exactly like Amazone? Why do Bitstream fonts look exactly like linotype ones and still have a different name? Why is it that Adobe, who have never designed a font claims the copyright over fonts like the Goudy, Garamond, Bodoni, Didoni ...? Why is it that AtypI abandoned their moral code explicitly not replacing it by any other code?
It is a jungle out there Ginta ...
@Kat, I should NOT remove the link if it would lead to something useful. There was no “Guide Script” (and of course, “Guia Script”, too) at this page at all. I know Garumar is not a fontaholic, but why post a link to.... hmmm, what if I say the font is Goudy, but post the link of flowerpot and basketcase shop???
Ginta
@Ginta, just delete the link - that is the < a > tags, start and end, an leave the name given. It may mean something to others. Had you kept Guia Script it would have been a lot easier for us.
Anyway, now we know that garumar will have to ask in Rotterdam to be able to finish the job.
