Rimmer Type Foundry

Rimmer Type Foundry was the personal type design outfit of celebrated Canadian designer, letterer, illustrator and printer Jim Rimmer (1934-2010). The RTF library contained types made over the span of three decades, original typefaces Rimmer made mostly for use in printing at his own Pie Tree Press in Vancouver. Most of the faces were cut using a pantograph before seeing life in digital form. The RTF collection of fonts contained some internationally renown designs like Albertan, Amethyst, Dokument and Stern.
