André do Carmo Gonçalves

André do Carmo Gonçalves is, among many other things, a graphic designer. Born in 1995, he works at Porto (Portugal) where he grew up and currently lives.He studied Communication Design in the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto (2013–2017) where he ended up developing a special interest in type design. Besides designing typefaces, his activity in design is multidisciplinary ranging from poster and editorial work to art and creative direction, always focusing on typography-centered projects.
