Mary Catherine Pflug is a creative professional specializing in product management, e-commerce, and partnerships. She’s passionate about the customer perspective and using agile methodologies to develop delightful user experiences.
She researches and speaks about creative customers, the font industry, and design trends. Part passion project, part market research, the Font Purchasing Habits Survey is her annual survey and report that explores trends in the font industry. The results are released to the public to support the type industry.
Mary Catherine is currently pursuing her Master’s in Management at Harvard University. She enjoys spending time on the water, perfecting her madeleine recipe, and entertaining friends with her boyfriend at their home in Boston’s South End.
