First seen on MyFonts: December 3rd, 2007 Lucida Sans TypewriterOriginally designed in 1985 by Charles Bigelow and Kris Holmes and first licensed by the Imagen Corporation, Lucida Sans Typewriter is a monospaced sans serif typeface. Like all Bigelow and Holmes types, it has distinct calligraphic origins that are most evident in its subtle curves and stroke weight variations. Lucida Sans Typewriter has the defining legibility standard of all the Lucida typefaces, making it useful for just about any communication form in existence, including computer screens and faxes. Typewriter faces have found a niche in display work, especially in advertising, and Lucida Sans Typewriter is no exception. It is an ideal candidate because of its clean lines and unrivaled legibility. Not quite what you’re looking for? Try looking at more fonts like this.
