About this font family

El-Cid is based on a Spanish round gothic-script hand similar to the northern rotundra blackletter. It is however simpler in form amd more legible than its northern relative. A unique feature of this family is the Swashed face which includes extentions and swirls for letters that can be placed before, after, over or under words.
